To insure a successful maintenance program, Reggin Technical Services developed and employs the following work tracking reports and mechanisms:
- Work Orders – Detailing site contact and information, unit model and serial, service work completed, further service work required, and authorized site signature.
- Job Site Hazard Assessment Forms – Detailing risk assessment and risk abatement procedures
- Equipment Service Mechanical Check Lists – Detailing general unit condition, recommendations, test procedures, run hours if applicable and recorded findings.
- Recommended repair forms – These forms will list the make, model and serial of a unit found to be defective. These forms will be used to process repair quotation which will then be sent to you, our customer, for approval.
