David Clarke joined the plumbing industry in 1992, departing to attend University studies and returning to the industry in late 1996. He came to Reggin with an impressive work record including his accomplishment of starting and running his own successful business. David has extensive knowledge of building systems including Hydronics, System Design, Distribution Systems, Plumbing and Gas. David obtained journeyman certification in both Plumbing and Gasfitting in 2000. He prefers to assess issues from an overall systems perspective versus only analyzing the individual components. His ability to look at a situation from both a macro and a micro perspective enhances his unique ability to provide effective solutions for our Reggin customers. David’s keen awareness of the need to stay current with technological advances in our industry prompts business solutions that are not only cost-effective and efficient, but that are creative and leading edge. His diligence for top shelf results is highly visible in his work ethic as he strives for the best possible business solutions for every customer. Drew Weber, HVAC Department Manager brings his service philosophy to life in everything he and his team does for Reggin’s customers….“We need to do everything in our power to make every customer happy and we strive to ensure that every resolution will exceed your expectations!” Drew manages all areas of the day-to-day operations of the HVAC Department including service, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service and repair estimation. He is also an interprovincial Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic, a Certified Gasfitter and has been working in the industry for the past 16 years. Drew has completed manufacturer certified courses; McQuay applied AHU; McQuay Commercial water chiller (10 to 190 tons); McQuay Screw water chiller (120 to 500 tons). Beyond Drew’s impeccable qualifications, he is relentless at ensuring that every customer receives the most cost effective and creative solutions. His strong work ethic and his desire for continuous improvement in a constantly evolving industry are what sets Drew apart, always ready to bring the customers of Reggin the best leading edge resolutions that exceed their expectations.

Our Preventative Maintenance Inspection programs are designed based upon industry standards often superseding manufacturer’s recommended maintenance procedures in order to reduce the premature failure of your equipment. Preventative maintenance programs are an inexpensive way to ensure a longer, more efficient life span of your equipment.

Reggin Technical Services employs over 80 Certificated Journeymen and Apprentices with an accumulated experience of over 1,000 years and has been a locally owned and operated business since 1931.

To insure a successful maintenance program, Reggin Technical Services developed and employs the following work tracking reports and mechanisms:

  • Work Orders – Detailing site contact and information, unit model and serial, service work completed, further service work required, and authorized site signature.
  • Job Site Hazard Assessment Forms – Detailing risk assessment and risk abatement procedures
  • Equipment Service Mechanical Check Lists – Detailing general unit condition, recommendations, test procedures, run hours if applicable and recorded findings.
  • Recommended repair forms – These forms will list the make, model and serial of a unit found to be defective. These forms will be used to process repair quotation which will then be sent to you, our customer, for approval.
